men Follow me, and I will make you fishers of {men}. men Blessed are ye, when [{men}] shall revile you, and persecute [you], and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. men Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of {men}. men Neither do {men} light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. men Let your light so shine before {men}, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. men Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach {men} so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach [them], the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heav en. men Take heed that ye do not your alms before {men}, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. men Therefore when thou doest [thine] alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of {men}. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. men And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites [are]: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of {men}. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. men For if ye forgive {men} their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: men But if ye forgive not {men} their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. men Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto {men} to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. men That thou appear not unto {men} to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly. men Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that {men} should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. men Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do {men} gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? men Neither do {men} put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved. men But beware of {men}: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; men And ye shall be hated of all [{men}] for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved. men Whosoever therefore shall confess me before {men}, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. men But whosoever shall deny me before {men}, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. men Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy [against] the [Holy] Ghost shall not be forgiven unto {men}. men Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto {men}: but the blasphemy [against] the [Holy] Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. men But I say unto you, That every idle word that {men} shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. men The {men} of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas [is] here. men For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous [{men}] have desired to see [those things] which ye see, and have not seen [them]; and to hear [those things] which ye hear, and have not heard [them]. men But while {men} slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. men But in vain they do worship me, teaching [for] doctrines the commandments of {men}. men Whom do {men} say that I the Son of man am? men Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of {men}. men The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of {men}: men All [{men}] cannot receive this saying, save [they] to whom it is given. men For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from [their] mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of {men}: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive [it], let him receive [it]. men With {men} this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. men The baptism of John, whence was it? from heaven, or of {men}? men But all their works they do for to be seen of {men}: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, men And greetings in the markets, and to be called of {men}, Rabbi, Rabbi. men But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against {men}: for ye neither go in [yourselves], neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in. men Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto {men}, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. men Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise {men}, and scribes: and [some] of them ye shall kill and crucify; and [some] of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute [them] from city to city: men Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of {men}. men Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of {men}, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: men Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching [for] doctrines the commandments of {men}. men For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of {men}, [as] the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do. men For from within, out of the heart of {men}, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, men Whom do {men} say that I am? men Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of {men}. men The Son of man is delivered into the hands of {men}, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day. men With {men} [it is] impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible. men The baptism of John, was [it] from heaven, or of {men}? answer me. men And ye shall be hated of all [{men}] for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. men Fear not; from henceforth thou shalt catch {men}. men Blessed are ye, when {men} shall hate you, and when they shall separate you [from their company], and shall reproach [you], and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. men Woe unto you, when all {men} shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets. men And as ye would that {men} should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. men Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall {men} give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. men For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns {men} do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes. men Whereunto then shall I liken the {men} of this generation? and to what are they like? men Let these sayings sink down into your ears: for the Son of man shall be delivered into the hands of {men}. men The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the {men} of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon [is] here. men The {men} of Nineve shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas [is] here. men Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are as graves which appear not, and the {men} that walk over [them] are not aware [of them]. men Woe unto you also, [ye] lawyers! for ye lade {men} with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers. men Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before {men}, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: men But he that denieth me before {men} shall be denied before the angels of God. men And ye yourselves like unto {men} that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately. men But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few [stripes]. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom {men} have committed much, of him they will ask the more. men Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all {men} that dwelt in Jerusalem? men For I say unto you, That none of those {men} which were bidden shall taste of my supper. men It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; [but] {men} cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. men Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among {men} is abomination in the sight of God. men Ye are they which justify yourselves before {men}; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God. men I tell you, in that night there shall be two [{men}] in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. men Two [{men}] shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. men Two {men} went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. men The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other {men} [are], extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. men The things which are impossible with {men} are possible with God. men The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of {men}? men And ye shall be hated of all [{men}] for my name's sake. men And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and {men} loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. men I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other {men} laboured, and ye are entered into their labours. men That all [{men}] should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. men I receive not honour from {men}. men Make the {men} sit down. men It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two {men} is true. men And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all [{men}] unto me. men By this shall all [{men}] know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. men If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and {men} gather them, and cast [them] into the fire, and they are burned. men I have manifested thy name unto the {men} which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. ~~~~~~
