o Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, [shall he] not much more [clothe] you, {O} ye of little faith? o Why are ye fearful, {O} ye of little faith? o I thank thee, {O} Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. o {O} generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. o {O} thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? o {O} woman, great [is] thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. o And in the morning, [It will be] foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowering. {O} [ye] hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not [discern] the signs of the times? o {O} ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread? o {O} faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me. o Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, {O} thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me: o {O} Jerusalem, Jerusalem, [thou] that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under [her] wings, and ye would not! o {O} my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou [wilt]. o {O} my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done. o {O} faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me. o The first of all the commandments [is], Hear, {O} Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: o {O} faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and suffer you? Bring thy son hither. o I thank thee, {O} Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight. o If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more [will he clothe] you, {O} ye of little faith? o {O} Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen [doth gather] her brood under [her] wings, and ye would not! o {O} fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken: o And now, {O} Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. o {O} righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. ~~~~~~
