disciple The {disciple} is not above [his] master, nor the servant above his lord. disciple It is enough for the {disciple} that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more [shall they call] them of his household? disciple And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold [water] only in the name of a {disciple}, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward. disciple The {disciple} is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master. disciple If any [man] come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my {disciple}. disciple And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my {disciple}. disciple So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my {disciple}. ~~~~~~
